For rehab loans please use our custom application. You may submit all other files with a standard 1003. Having a credit report helps facilitate a faster response. Appraisals are usually ordered by Windvest although we will consider a report if already available. For first time brokers please email or fax a copy of your license. We accept both DRE and CFL licenses.
